Coaching Philosophy and Approach
A coach should supply multiple benefits to an athlete. Accountability to put in the work. Knowledge of our sports to pass along to improve the athlete and the community. Personalization to work on specific strengths and weaknesses. A second point of view to highlight blind spots an athlete may not see on their own.
I love to talk about our sports and share the knowledge and experience I’ve gained as both a coach and an athlete. Helping others achieve their goals while getting to “talk shop” is the icing on the cake.
