Steel City Road Runners
This training group is run by the organizers of the Pittsburgh Marathon, Great Race, and EQT 10 miler. Typically have track workouts on Tuesday evenings, group runs on Thursday evenings, and long runs on Saturday mornings. They usually have multiple locations for workouts in the city, south hills, and west of the city. Check the calendar as events may vary with the seasons. Membership fee is $40-45.
Fleet Feet Flyers Running Group
Group Run: Sunday mornings at 7:30 – various locations, distances usually 3-10 miles, all paces welcome
Group Run: Thursday evenings at 7:00 – Galleria Mall Panera entrance
Track Workout: Wednesday evenings at 7:00 – Jefferson Middle School Track

True Runner Training Group
This free training group focuses on the Pittsburgh Marathon and Half Marathon but seems to hold workouts through most of the year. Wednesday evening track workouts at 6:30 at the Schenley Oval and Saturday morning long runs.
Pittsburgh Pharaoh Hounds
Looking to train with elite runners? With some marathon olympic trials qualifiers on their squad, these hounds are fast fast fast! They meet for track workouts 6:00 Tuesday evenings, CMU track in the winter and Schenley Oval in the summer. Their workouts and schedules can be found on their website.
People Who Run Downtown
Tuesday evening group run meeting at 5:45 at restaurants around the city. Membership is free, all abilities welcome.
