Coaching Philosophy and Approach
My philosophy is one of Continuous Improvement. You are learning and improving every day! My background is in education, and I have a passion for teaching and learning! Using a systematic approach, I break the skills into incremental steps that athletes can apply when training. Students I have coached to swim have gone on to enjoy swimming and be successful at multisport. I coach all ranges of swimmers, from beginner to expert, pool and open water experiences. You CAN continuously improve!
