I have been a Strength and Conditioning coach for 11 years, working with a wide variety of athletes ranging from Division 1 football, professional golfers, and most recently in the last two years; Boston Marathon qualifiers, and Ironman world championship qualifiers. As an endurance athlete myself, I have a unique understanding of the demands of endurance sport and how endurance and strength training work together and lead to optimal individual performance.

Coaching Philosophy and Approach
Every athlete is different. There is no “cookie cutter” program in endurance sports. I firmly believe that any person can set the goal to get across the finish line, then achieve it through hard work and discipline. I love establishing real connections with my athletes. I often say, “training fits into life, not the other way around.” Daily stressors certainly pile up and lead to a very adaptive program design; one that is highly specific to each athlete’s lifestyle, availability, and skill level.
